What a great experience, from the initial site visit to the installation. Professional and friendly employees every step of the way, high quality Kohler product, with the data to back it up, and a very fair service program for the future. Installation techs were very respectful of our property. No surprises. We can't wait for a power outage!!
Highly recommend Mid-Maine Generator! We went to the office early on during our build last spring and met Dan, he heard what we were building (multi-family home) and drove to our property in West Gardiner for a site view and look himself. Great service! The kept their commitments despite rain. Very professional on phone, explaining what they were selling quite well and installing the generator. We are in our second prolonged power outage as I type this and everything is working perfectly!
Came home to find power was out and generator was NOT running. Called MMG and in less than 30 minutes Ian arrived! 15 minutes later my generator was repaired and running. Best customer service around!
