Great group of guys Reed and Luke and crew arrived on time did an excellent job of installing the generator and cleaned up so you hardly knew they were here. Great explanation of how the system works and made sure we understood the process of test running and weekly schedule of it running More then happy just waiting now for a power outage Thanks guys

We had out generator installed 4 years ago and its a great piece of mind knowing we will always have power. This week Ian came out and did the annual service. He did a great job and during his inspection he found the battery was getting weak and installed a new one the original installation crew did an amazing and professional job. And having a tech like Ian service is makes it thats much better. Thank you
Mid Maine Generator is a wonderful company with phenomenal customer service! The service started with Kristen Frost setting up the appointment and ended with Greg who was very patient and thorough with the job he completed. He went above and beyond by fixing outlets that we were unaware of not meeting code and explained everything AND HE RVEN VACUUMED up a little mess that was made. We were referred to the company by Plourde Electrical Service, who told us we needed a Kohler certified tech to work on our generator. After it was installed last spring by another electrician, we assumed it was running as it should be. We recently had a power outage and it came on but didn’t power anything up.
