The installation was done quickly with no problems. We had our first annual service call a few weeks ago. We find having the generator is a great "insurance policy." We've only had to actually use it once in a power outage, but it came on as advertised, and met all of our power needs until power was restored.

Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. The installation was done on winter, so ll they explained what was needed, came out and put a commercial heating pad on the yard where the generator was to be installed. This enabled them to dig down for slab installation.Everything went smoothly. I have the service plan Followup is flawless. All the technicians are good and polite.
