With the help of Debbie and the install crew, ordered liner for 30 yr old pool. The size was different due to age. Thankfully the Metropolitan staff knew to come measure, and they got it right. Install was seamless, pool is in fantastic shape with little to no rust, and end result was amazing. Strongest recommendation to use them. Yes, they cost more, but their knowledge and professionalism was superior. I had another company insist on doing it cheaper, but he refused to come see the pool ahead of time. Needed a new skimmer on an inground pool. I reached out to many companies, with no response. I called Metropolitan Pools and am so happy I did. Chris came out quick, gave an estimate and started the work within a week. We were so confident in their knowledge and workmanship that we replaced our 40 year old heater as well. He and Mike did a great job and we can't wait to open in the spring.
My daughter was signed up to take the lifeguarding class this coming weekend. The only requirement by the company was that the 7 hour on line class was supposed to be done before the in class started on Saturday. They canceled her out of the class because she had not started the on line portion yet. When I called they said they could not put her back in the class because she was not going to be working for them this summer. Took 6 weeks to get a quote for equipment replacement, I asked for itemized quote per item and I was accused by a staff member to be wasting their time to get money from my warranty company.. very unpleasant experience, I will take my business somewhere else.
After speaking to numerous companies for service for our pool, we were directed to this company. WE were looking for someone that would replace our concrete deck. There was a little communication issue but I did speak with "Debbie" at the Amherst location. They have a commercial division and residential division. Our line is private.
