Friendly customer service from the salesman at the test drive. Knowledge of th vehicle he was selling was good. Test drive route was average but can't do much better in the area the dealership is. Reasonable coffee and biscuits offered :) Kids got hot chocolates. The downside is that if you don't go with their finance they try to delay the delivery so you end up taking their finance offer. Level of customer service drops after you signed on the dotted line.
I usually don't write bad reviews ,especially when people make mistakes as I have worked in the car industry for 20 years in dealerships around NZ and Australia and understand how it all works..!!! Ignorance is a different story as it is a form of admission of guilt with high hopes of the grieving party going away and giving up on their expectations . Well let me explain my grievance .! Staff were useless, so branch manager assigned me his 2IC. Wont wash my car, charged me for last weeks warranty invoice and parts I've given them. Shouts, lies and lies, never apologizes Not a single word of apology. It's funny how review websites defend horrible businesses with their limitations. I've heard worse and had worse treatment from Metro Renault staff.
