The apartment was great. They were refurbished and remodeled. The only thing I got a problem with is when you call maintenance, they take forever and a day to fix things.
Omg everyone that works in the office are amazing people they found me a beautiful place under a limited amount of time that i had left , seriously in tears no longer am i homeless i have a place to call home ms. angie thankkk you so much and Ms. Sabrina God bless you and everyone that works in the office 🥺🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾✨✨✨
Everyone at this office is so helpful and nice. Especially Sabrina and Angie. I would definitely recommend renting from them.
My lease ended in February. I was not given an itemized list of damages to be deducted from my security deposit until MAY 5th!!!!!! Anyone with a brain knows they cannot wait that long or they forfeit the right to hold the deposit. Additionally, the Appfolio app which they charge rent through told me I was being charged the following, " 605$ for cat smell remove and 750$ for paint touch ups" I inquired about this WEEKLY FOR MONTHS!!! One star is too high. I was an exemplary tenant. I gave them notice I would not be renewing my lease. I fulfilled my lease. I paid my rent. And they went months without getting me back my deposit after repeatedly calling them. Then they sent $328.00 out of $995 saying I had lived there longer than I did. If you’re going to move out, just let them keep the deposit for the last months rent and move out otherwise you will be screwed for trying to do it the right way.
