The apartment was great. They were refurbished and remodeled. The only thing I got a problem with is when you call maintenance, they take forever and a day to fix things.
Great company , fast acting and very helpful we wouldn't want to rent anywhere else truly the best !
My lease ended in February. I was not given an itemized list of damages to be deducted from my security deposit until MAY 5th!!!!!! Anyone with a brain knows they cannot wait that long or they forfeit the right to hold the deposit. Additionally, the Appfolio app which they charge rent through told me I was being charged the following, " 605$ for cat smell remove and 750$ for paint touch ups" I inquired about this WEEKLY FOR MONTHS!!!
