Truly did not anticipate purchasing a mattress so quickly but thanks to the amazing staff I was able to make an informed decision about what mattress was best for me. They took the time to educate me on my specific needs to address my specific concerns that prevent me from achieving a good quality sleep. The process was quick and not rushed whatsoever. They really take the time to make it a personalized experience because it should be!

BUY YOUR MATTRESS HERE! I was looking to try an Avocado mattress and this is one of (if not the only) retailer in GA. I drove over an hour to get there and it did not disappoint. Superior customer service and patience! I did the free Fedex shipping and received my items (mattress, side sleeper pillow, and mattress cover) in about 10 days. Went into today with little knowledge about what kind of mattress my partner and I were wanting. Shay was there to help us out! She walked us through a great and comfortable process of learning our type of firmness and material. Our first visit to Mattress Lux we were greeted by Shay, Sales Associate. Our goal was to experience the fit of a Puffy Mattress, which we would then purchase online. The welcoming by Shay and Matt, changed our minds as Shay, provided excellent customer service and answered all of our questions. In trying to find a Mattress, I did a lot of research and one of the things that I was looking for was being able to test out more nontoxic organic mattresses and Mattress Lux offered that in Georgia so I decided to give them a visit. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful and we overall had a good experience there. I would definitely recommend checking them out. Shaye spent a lot of time assisting us. We even met Matt, the owner!
