The seal on the bottom of our garage door needed to be replaced. We called Martin Door and they sent a tech on 8/13 that replaced the seal with one that did not fit properly. After several uses we noticed some of the screws had popped out and it was scraping the garage opener keypad upon opening and had broken the cover of the keypad off. I called them back and they came out and the tech adjusted the rail so the seal could bypass the keypad, but it left a gap on the right hand side of the door. I’m going to give Martin Door two stars, one because their installers were very kind and did a great job! The other star is because we did hear from their VP of sales, Jack, who made a personal call because of the issues we were having. If not for these gentleman, it would be a zero! Our sales associate, Matt, was horrible! I needed to replace the bottom seal on my garage door. After watching some YouTube videos, I thought it would be a simple DIY project, but it was not. Having previously hired Martin Door for spring replacements, I decided to call them for this repair. They were able to come out the very next day, and the repair was completed quickly, in stark contrast to the hour or so that I spent attempting it myself the day before.
Jeff did a fantastic job installing our new garage doors. Everything looks amazing, and the doors are very quiet. Great job, couldn't be happier! Thank you!
Spent $4,000.00 on a new door and opener, 1 yr warranty. Bottom panel of door is falling apart where seal mounting plate mounts to door panel. Door is out of warranty by 9 months and they will not fix it. Beware their products only last for the warranty period.
