I won a new Kia in a radio station contest and went to Mark Kia to pick it up. Even though the people there weren't getting a commission off of the transaction, they couldn't have been nicer to deal with and went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer for the next ten years. I continue to come back to this location because they treat me so well and really take care of me. I had a problem with my car about a year ago that I couldn't figure out. I had gone to Big 0 Tires and spent a lot of money (close to $1000) and the problem still wasn't fixed. I went to Mark Kia and they fixed it with 1 visit. Dave from the Service Department was very helpful and accomodating to me when I brought my Sorrento in for service and warranty work. I did not realize the appointment was going to be very lengthy, so I had not made arrangements to leave for the day. He provided me with a loaner vehicle for the day without me asking. I really appreciated that great customer service!

Always feel like I am getting an honest deal and quality work. And the coffee in the waiting room is very good. Going in for just an oil change appointment is as quick as a Jiffy Lube type place but cheaper.

I have been pleased with the service I have received at Mark Kia. I can always get an appointment quickly and they complete the service in a timely manner. The shuttle driver is very friendly and convenient.
