I booked Maid Easy to do a deep clean for my house. I just wanted my living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and two bathrooms taken care of. Maid Easy was soooo simple to work with, they were very helpful with booking and gave a great introductory offer. The professionals they sent to my home were friendly, efficient, and thorough. I am incredibly happy, and I plan to continue using Maid Easy regularly for maintenance cleans.
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received during my recent appointment. The service provider who was sent to my home was apparently unwell, which is highly concerning given the nature of in-home services. What made the situation completely unacceptable was discovering her in my bathroom with the door closed, vomiting in my toilet. Nakayla A, cleaned our mother in laws condo, she did a fantastic job. My mother in law couldn't say enough about how clean and sparkly everything was. Everything we asked for her to do was done quickly and efficiently. Hopefully she is able to come each time. Very pleased !!!
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They charged my acct 2-3 hours before they even arrived to start. Anything out of their reach they didn't touch, entry light....no extending dusters, step stools!! My kitchen sink was dirty so I used Soft Scrub after they left and it sparkles now! Air vents don't appear to have been touched! Just under $500, withdrawn before services even began, should have left me satisfied and for sure not having to clean anything myself...hence why they were hired!
