Best furniture shopping experience ever. After buying from another store, and the delivery failing to work out, we thought to try Lux. We worked with Matt who made sure to listen to our needs for our new king bed set, especially delivery/install needs due to our stairs, and also helped us find a dining room set. Had an excellent shopping experience with Muhammad. We had a LOT of criteria for a sectional including limited space and we weren't even sure Lux would have anything that met our criteria, but Muhammad listened to us and showed us 3 contenders that fit our criteria. He showed us how certain sectionals could be made smaller to fit our space, and then he was patient while we took a lot of time trying them out. We had a great experience with Lux furniture gallery and sales associate Matt. He took his time to help us think out exactly how and what we wanted for our living room area! He and the other staff were very friendly and inviting. They definitely took care of us!!
I visited the showroom in Fairfax, I was helped immediately and The furniture was delivered the same day! The technician came was very thorough, polite, and left everything very clean after the delivery. I highly recommend Lux Furniture, I had a great experience.
My wife and I recently made a sizeable purchase from the LUX Furniture Gallery at Fair Oaks. The Manager, Mr. Ali, was exceedingly helpful and patient. Upon delivery of our purchase, it seemed one item had a manufacturing defect. Mr. Ali worked with us, offered several options and insisted on our satisfaction. The issue was resolved to our delight. Due to Mr. Ali's dedication to customer service, I will only buy furniture from Lux.
