We had a great experience with Lux furniture gallery and sales associate Matt. He took his time to help us think out exactly how and what we wanted for our living room area! He and the other staff were very friendly and inviting. They definitely took care of us!!

I visited the show in Fairfax, I was helped immediately and The furniture was delivered the same day! The technician came was very thorough, polite, and left everything very clean after the delivery. I highly recommend Lux Furniture, I had a great experience.

This is leena bhat , my family and I visited your store in Herndon we are very appreciative of your sale consultant MUHAMMAD. He is very courteous very knowledgeable . We didn’t have any intention to buy anything at all . But his charm and the conversation with him was very attractive . He has a beautiful personality, and very charming . I can’t say enough of him . We are very appreciative of him . He is an assets for your company also .we ended up buying furnitures from your store

I found the most comfortable and stylish recliners at Lux!! Mohammad and the entire staff were so helpful in assisting with how to decide between so many beautiful Fjord designs. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and product!!!

Our experience was extraordinary. Ali, the Store Manager personally worked with my wife & I & we ended up buying a leather sectional couch, Hugh end Leather reclining Chairs, a Luxury Mattress & a foyer stand. Ali has a natural & calm demeanor, doesn’t push, knows his inventory & has a keen sense of customer intimacy. I highly recommend Lux Furniture. Delivery was on time. Great fella called Luis. Equally nice. The entire experience was extraordinary. Can’t comment on after sale service, like warranty but so far exceptional.
