I had a great experience at Lux today. My representative was Sam. He was welcoming when I arrived, but respectful and not pushy. Sam was very knowledgeable on the products I was interested in and provided useful information that helped me make my decision. I recommend Lux to anyone who wants to work with professionals who know their products and provide great customer service.
Sam and Matt ( Manager)are awesome people. I was looking for a specific sofa because I have small living room and my back issues. I needed small mechanical sofa with recliner and lumbar. And Sam showed me a couple and we narrow down to one.. I love my sofa and the material and the color. He didn’t rush me was very patient with me.Great people to work with. Thank you, Sam and Matt 😊
Bought a table from Sam, EC, and Matt. I came in and they didn’t have anything that fit what I needed, but Sam took notes and made some calls to find me what I was looking for. He gave me some recommendation for competitors to check out, and he called me back later that day with the perfect table and chairs. Super nice and very attentive.
Sales person very knowledgeable, helped us figure out what we really wanted, with positive and negative feedback. No pressure whatsoever. He gave us realistic time lines for delivery and everything was delivered within that timeframe. The delivery/installers were professional and made sure everything was working and where we wanted it before leaving. All positive, no negative.
