I bought these beautiful five pieces of Bassett leather furniture from Lux. I absolutely love them. They were so fantastic to work with and the delivery guy even shoveled the snow from my walkway to deliver the furniture. Exceptional quality, exceptional service!!

I had a great experience at Lux today. My representative was Sam. He was welcoming when I arrived, but respectful and not pushy. Sam was very knowledgeable on the products I was interested in and provided useful information that helped me make my decision. Great shopping experience! Found local shop with quality furniture in stock. Salesman was very helpful and got my loveseat delivered first business day. And found a beautiful dining table with butterfly extender.

Sales person very knowledgeable, helped us figure out what we really wanted, with positive and negative feedback. No pressure whatsoever. He gave us realistic time lines for delivery and everything was delivered within that timeframe. The delivery/installers were professional and made sure everything was working and where we wanted it before leaving. All positive, no negative.
