Sales person very knowledgeable, helped us figure out what we really wanted, with positive and negative feedback. No pressure whatsoever. He gave us realistic time lines for delivery and everything was delivered within that timeframe. The delivery/installers were professional and made sure everything was working and where we wanted it before leaving. All positive, no negative.

Matt helped me find a great couch 🛋️ which was exactly what I was looking for. The entire process was painless - I was in and out in less than 30 minutes . The coach even comes with a 5 year warranty on frame and 3 on motors/parts.
This was an amazing and easy experience for me. I was looking for a dresser since April 20 25 and haven’t been able to find anything that I liked. Luckily, I stumbled upon this place and was met with the utmost professionalism and a great staff that really helped me find something that was going to work for my space. Wow. Wow. Wow. This kind of accountability and professionalism is hard to find in a furniture store. I highly recommend working with Lux. My experienced started a few months ago when we purchased a leather recliner and two swivel club chairs from Matt at Lux. The recliner arrived earlier than expected. A second delivery fee for the two chairs, which arrived later, was waived.
