I had the air ducts cleaned and the aeroseal process done at my home. Micah was professional and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service! There was incredible communication each step of the way. This company operates with integrity and genuinely cares about the client experience and doing things the right way. I highly recommend Barry, Micah and the entire team at Lunsford!

From the phone call to request service for our air-conditioning that was not functioning properly to the completion of service was under 24 hours. The Person in the office scheduling was so helpful, courteous and prompt in getting an appointment scheduled. The service person, Adam, did an outstanding job explaining what the problem was and what the remedy for it was. The service was so outstanding we signed up for the yearly membership. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process.

Awesome experience from start to finish. I have been wanting a mini split unit for room over garage. When I called Lunsford someone picked up the phone and scheduled ann inspection right away. Barry was super friendly and informative when he came out to quote me. Was able to schedule me on the books quickly. Micah did an awesome job on install. Thrilled to finally have this and will absolutely be using them in future and recommend!

Barry was unbelievably helpful in showing us which AC works best for us and our finances. Our new Carrier unit is very quiet and efficient. Micah and Dan installed this thing in just a few hours and were friendly and professional. It’s never fun to have to spend money on something like this, but these guys made it as painless as possible and it was a good experience over all.

Nico has been our service tech from the beginning. I request him by name! We have a very affordable service contract that keeps our system up and running, clean and cared for. We are overly away of Florida heat and humidity and have medically complex and sensitive issues in our home that require extra vigilance. Lunsford Heating and Air has taken great care of us. Call and ask for Niko! Our service package includes spring and fall maintenance plus extra attention to our dehumidifier, filters, mold-risks and air flow.
