Office lady was great with communication and getting us in queue for a tech to come out same day as placing the call. Tech Austin just finished getting the AC running, took him under 30 minutes from arrival to departure to get it fixed. He's good with pets too, my shy cat was unusually friendly with him and watched him work rather than hide in the closet which was amusing. Highly recommend and very happy to have cool air again!
Everyone involved did a great job. Barry arrived early for the evaluation of the old system and offered multiple options for replacement. Chance & Kylar arrived early the very next day for the installation of the new system. They did exactly what Barry promised they would do which was refreshing to see. Excellent installation of the new unit! Micha and Michael were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with how efficient and respectful they were while in our home. They covered the flooring in the hall and foyer to protect it as they worked on the installation. Upon completion of their work, they were careful to leave the area clean just as they found it. Lunsford Air was extremely easy to work with. Barry set up the job and made sure it was completed in a timely manor. Chance and Dan made the install look. Everyone had a great attitude and were very professional. I highly recommend them!
We started a Spring and Fall maintenance program with Lunsford after our previous service provider went out of business. The price was very reasonable and our technician, Ethan, was thorough in his inspection, patient with our questions and detailed in his answers. Ethan was punctual, calling 15 minutes before arriving. He looked and checked items we had not had done before and gave us valuable information on how to maintain our system between visits. I would definitely recommend Lunsford and Ethan.
