From start to finish this company provided excellent service and equipment. Barry, the sales manager, was exceptional. He didn't try to over sale me on anything, listened to my needs, and gave me a variety of options that were well within my budget. He also offered a product (Aeroseal) that saved thousands in duct replacement. Mike and the crew of installers were also top-notch professionals. So refreshing to be treated like somebody! Started out receiving a courtesy call from our technician, Nico, giving ETA. He arrived on time, actually before our scheduled time, introduced himself by shaking hands 🤝 and recognized my husband for being a veteran. He listened to our issue and was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. Quality service and expert technicians. The whole process of scheduling a service appointment via email, to scheduling in a timely manner, to the entire replacement of the HVAC system was entirely seamless, and conducted with the highest level of professionalism and quality. My family loves working with Lunsford! John Carter was my technician for my fall maintenance, he was so kind and did such a great job! I also appreciated his patience with me and my 12 month old. My little one was fussy and just wanted to be involved in whatever John was doing and he was so kind about it. While dealing with me and my baby he also managed to do an amazing and efficient job.
