From start to finish this company provided excellent service and equipment. Barry, the sales manager, was exceptional. He didn't try to over sale me on anything, listened to my needs, and gave me a variety of options that were well within my budget. He also offered a product (Aeroseal) that saved thousands in duct replacement. Mike and the crew of installers were also top-notch professionals. My family loves working with Lunsford! John Carter was my technician for my fall maintenance, he was so kind and did such a great job! I also appreciated his patience with me and my 12 month old. My little one was fussy and just wanted to be involved in whatever John was doing and he was so kind about it. While dealing with me and my baby he also managed to do an amazing and efficient job. John Carter was very helpful in the process of selecting the proper unit for our home, he was very professional and polite. During the installation of our unit Cody Watson and his assistant Waylon explained everything thoroughly . They were also professional and polite . The technician was awesome, very professional and well spoken. He explained options well. The installers did an amazing job. They were very thorough, neat and detailed in their work.
