Micah and Cody were fantastic installing our new HVAC unit. Alex setup our appointment and was always available and super to work with. We had an older unit, builder grade, and did not want to wait until this summer for it to die on us. It was already showing signs so we went ahead and made the call. Recommend these folks 7 days a week 365....you will be happy. Complete install of EVERYTHING including the slab outside and a new grate to boot......GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
Leaked water all over my downstairs ceiling during install. Almost 2 months and still unresolved. New AC unit condensation line keeps clogging. Was resolved by their tech and only lasted 4 days before it did it again. Nice people, but their quality and follow through are terrible.
After original diagnosis and test, we had confirmation and part ordered and next appointment within two days. John Carter was our service technician today (7/11/25) and he was such a stand up guy. Extremely respectful and very helpful. I may have asked him too many questions but I was genuinely curious at what all he was doing and he had no problem at all explain what along with the why and how. Our AC kept cutting on/off causing our house to be warm in the middle of summer. I called Lunsford AC and they responded right away and came out the same day. John Carter was our technician, he was fantastic, very respectful and professional—he quickly identified the issue and fixed it in no time, the house was cooled back down by the time I got home from work the very same day. 10/10 would recommend l!
