He arrived on time, actually before our scheduled time, introduced himself by shaking hands 🤝 and recognized my husband for being a veteran. From start to finish this company provided excellent service and equipment. Barry, the sales manager, was exceptional. He didn't try to over sale me on anything, listened to my needs, and gave me a variety of options that were well within my budget. John Carter was very helpful in the process of selecting the proper unit for our home, he was very professional and polite.
