Lunsford has been servicing our home for over 8 years, and office communication and field staff have always been outstanding. We just upgraded to a side discharge VFD equipped Amana unit. Chance and Kyler were our installation techs, and were very personable. They were polite, and the work was clean, quick and efficient. The sales manager visited my residence where I was provided a detailed list of all items to be provided and work performed. While at my home, he emailed several options of brands and prices for a complete installation. The two men that arrived to install the heat pump were very courteous. Jeremiah led the team that did the installation. They did an amazingly professional job. The attention to detail shows that they take pride in their work. The system works flawlessly. When I called with a follow-up question regarding the remote, Barry (the salesperson) offered to immediately drive over to our home to answer the question in person. After experiencing issues with my unit, they were quick to respond—even during weekends and after hours—to ensure everything was back up and running smoothly. Their promptness is impressive, whether it’s addressing a problem or completing regular maintenance checks. I was having some issues and questions with an AC / Heat system installed in a new built home that was under warranty. The builder scheduled Lunsford AC and Heating to come out to inspect. MATTHEW ENFINGER service tech did an excellent job of going over the functioning of the unit with me. He identified issues that needed to be corrected and explained everything to me. Excellent workmanship and made sure that he answered all my questions.
