Micah and Cody were fantastic installing our new HVAC unit. Alex setup our appointment and was always available and super to work with. We had an older unit, builder grade, and did not want to wait until this summer for it to die on us. It was already showing signs so we went ahead and made the call. Recommend these folks 7 days a week 365....you will be happy. Complete install of EVERYTHING including the slab outside and a new grate to boot......GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
Had them come take care of a few issues since their company did the install of my equipment on my home when it was built. John Carter took very good care of us, and ran diagnostics in the pouring rain. He was knowledgeable and attentive, and rectified our issues. Would recommend. Thank you, Mr. Carter!
Our unit wasn’t cooling properly, so I called and requested an appointment. They got me in the same day. The technician, John Carter was great! Explained everything thoroughly, got me a maintenance plan in place, and fixed our issue in a timely manner with no problem. Also took his time to ensure we weren’t going to have issues as soon as he left. We sure appreciate not having to be without AC another night.
Lunsford was hired by me to install a new a/c unit inside and outside i was thinking it would be just a simple swap not much extra work but after seeing what the techs had to deal with i realized a lot more work was going to be needed to make my system operate correctly.
