Woke up Saturday morning with a hot house and my outside AC unit louder than usual. Called a long heating and cooling and it went to a recorded line. Probably about 30 minutes I got a text asking if I needed to make an appointment Monday morning (memorial day). I immediately responded. Mr. Long got a team out to my house early Monday morning. The team was professional and let me know the issue was the fan speed controller was not set properly by the installation team. While this oversight shouldn’t have happened I can deeply respect a company that takes responsibility for their actions and quickly fixes the issue. These guys are awesome. Two professional young men showed up at my house to fix a damaged wire on my AC and did an amazing job. They suggested some other upgrades and preventive maintenance which would’ve cost upwards of $800, they then worked with my home warranty company and it only cost me $85 for the service. They made it so easy for me. Thank you!
I have been a Home Inspector for over 30 years and retired Army after 22 years. It was a pleasure working with Long Heating and Cooling. They are very puctional and very easy to work with. I’m sorry I don’t remember all their names. I did a full install with them and they were amazing. Ezra and Drake were amazing. Everything was well communicated and anytime I had a question no matter how random about the system they were able to answer. Would recommend to anyone!
