My husband and I really love this company. Our technician, Trey, came out for heater maintenance today. This is the second time he's been out this year. Trey is friendly, polite and very efficient. He answers all our questions and has great suggestions. The front office is very accommodating when scheduling appointments. They are friendly and kind. We will be using them from now on!

We used Long Heating and Cooling to trouble shoot our split unit system. They were prompt and easy to work with. We ended up needing a new unit. They provided financing with ease. They showed up on schedule and got the job done. They communicated effectively. After they completed the work, they cleaned up and left my house as it was when they came.
