The young men that they sent out to check out our a/c unit were very young yet very knowledgeable. They were polite, efficient, respectful, and represented their company well. It turns out that we needed a new system as this one was almost 20 years old and had a main coil leak. It's summertime, temps in the 90s, and throw in some humidity. Sammy came out quickly and provided us several options that worked with our space, and with no pressure. I had a first floor 3-Ton residential AC and heat pump unit that needed replacement. We decided on a solution on Friday and Long Heating and Cooling was able to have techs out to install the new unit on Monday. The install went quickly.
