We used Long Heating and Cooling to trouble shoot our split unit system. They were prompt and easy to work with. We ended up needing a new unit. They provided financing with ease. They showed up on schedule and got the job done. They communicated effectively. After they completed the work, they cleaned up and left my house as it was when they came. I would recommend them for sure!
The team of young men were professional and extremely hard working! They stayed late to finish the job during this heatwave and while it poured rain on them. The young men that they sent out to check out our a/c unit were very young yet very knowledgeable. They were polite, efficient, respectful, and represented their company well. It turns out that we needed a new system as this one was almost 20 years old and had a main coil leak. It's summertime, temps in the 90s, and throw in some humidity.
