We used Long Heating and Cooling to trouble shoot our split unit system. They were prompt and easy to work with. We ended up needing a new unit. They provided financing with ease. They showed up on schedule and got the job done. They communicated effectively. After they completed the work, they cleaned up and left my house as it was when they came. I would recommend them for sure!
Jacob was our technician. He was courteous, always removed his shoes before entering our home. He was attentive to everything I told him and got the job done quickly. He was here for routine maintenance and advised us of a low, soon- to- fail capacitor on one of our units. He advised us of some things we can do to improve our HVAC system. The team of young men were professional and extremely hard working! They stayed late to finish the job during this heatwave and while it poured rain on them.
