Daniel did a great job on re doing all my pipes in the house. Him and his team worked hard and told me everything that they was doing, so it wouldn’t be any surprises. They did a great job it took 2 1/2 days and I m satisfied with their work. No more busted pipes and I had a new heating system put in also those guys did it in one day and did a great job. Great service, technician was very professional even removed his boots before entering the home. Diagnosed the problems with both of my units efficiently and managed to get one back up and running. Also met with one of the sales team members who was knowledgeable and professional about offering options and services. Would highly recommend if you are in need of HVAC service to give Long and team a call.

Easy to work with and cheaper than the other companies I called. They also squeezed me in on a Saturday last minute. My house had jumped to 87° and he had it fixed and cooling our house quickly. Will work with them in the future for sure. Only thing that I would have had gone differently was him accepting a bottle of water lol. He was kind and explained our issues in a manner to where we understood. Even took his boots off before he came inside the house. Great service!

Robert and Joe from the plumbing team came out today and quickly fixed my repair items. I was able to schedule in less than 24 hours and they resolved my issues on the first trip. I was impressed with their professionalism and respect. I signed up for the monthly plan and am excited to have Long’s help whenever I need it in the future.

This was my first experience with this company and I was very pleased! The young man, Shepard Manus, the technician appointed to me, was very respectful and knowledgeable concerning the issue I was having. He worked competently and quickly to resolve my AC problems and answered all the questions I had without hesitation. He is definitely a good Rep for their business! Overall I can say the choice to use Long H&C was a good decision and I will use them in the future if needed.
