My husband and I really love this company. Our technician, Trey, came out for heater maintenance today. This is the second time he's been out this year. Trey is friendly, polite and very efficient. He answers all our questions and has great suggestions. The front office is very accommodating when scheduling appointments. They are friendly and kind. We will be using them from now on!
The service guys that was sent to check our hvac units were great. They were very efficient and polite. They explained exactly what they were going to do. I am so glad I called Longs they reminded of the company that we used and trusted for so many years in the placed we lived before moving to this location. I would highly recommend..

Having discovered the ducts underneath my 58 year old house was open to the elements, vermin, and whatever else wanted to make way into the house, I contacted our HVAC contractor we have used for decades.
