Daniel did a great job on re doing all my pipes in the house. Him and his team worked hard and told me everything that they was doing, so it wouldn’t be any surprises. They did a great job it took 2 1/2 days and I m satisfied with their work. No more busted pipes and I had a new heating system put in also those guys did it in one day and did a great job. Long Heating, Air and Plumbing came out to solve my leaking problem and they did just that! Joe and Robert came the first time to access the situation. They were very respectful and professional. They even took their shoes off before entering my house. Then Daniel was scheduled to come resolve the problem. Daniel kept me updated the entire time, every step of the way!! I could not be more pleased with their services!!! Would give them 10 stars if I could!
A+++++ We had a horribly clogged sink drain and had exhausted all efforts within out scope. The technician, Daniel Rodberg, arrived in a timely fashion, was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He was mindful in all his movements through our home and on our roof, he left everything better than he found it!!! I would 100% recommend this company and this technician!!!!!
Great team, I had a emergency issue wire sparking and connection box melted. Long heating came out in 2hrs and replace the box and was very respectful. I called the original AC installer (another company) and they couldn't come out after 2 days of waiting. The AC system I have is less than 3 years old so wasn't expecting to have to pay for a $500.00 service, but Im grateful the L.H. was there for my family and I and to got the heat turned back on.
From the initial calling with Joshua to the tech Trey coming out, my experience has been a great one. Very respectful, answered any questions I had, and now just waiting on options for a possible new unit. So far they've earned 5 stars from me.
