From the initial calling with Joshua to the tech Trey coming out, my experience has been a great one. Very respectful, answered any questions I had, and now just waiting on options for a possible new unit. So far they've earned 5 stars from me.
Wow! Long Heating and Cooling came out to my house today to diagnose and service our Gree Mini Spit. The two young men Jacob and Spencer were so professional and respectable. Even took their shoes off before entering my home. I didn’t expect that. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it and things work great again! We entered into a service contract with them to come out twice a year to service both our units for on $99 for the year. Great company! Give them a call!
Truly professionals. All of the young men that came to work were very respectful and knowledgeable. I'm really glad my son recommended them to me. He was also very happy from start to finish.
My husband and I really love this company. Our technician, Trey, came out for heater maintenance today. This is the second time he's been out this year. Trey is friendly, polite and very efficient. He answers all our questions and has great suggestions. The front office is very accommodating when scheduling appointments. They are friendly and kind. We will be using them from now on!
Always polite and professional. This was just a check-up. I have had my new HVAC for 10 months now. It is working great and saving a lot on electric. The ecobee thermostat is awesome. Definitely recommend Long’s.
