We had moved into our home just two days earlier, and due to issues that were missed during the inspection, we discovered there was no hot water and that the water heater needed to be replaced. Ryan came out the same day and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Just 48 hours later he installed a new tankless hot water heater, water softener, and replaced/rerouted the old piping all in the same day. His work looks great. Highly recommended.
Really appreciate the good work and reasonable rates. We had some issues with the city and getting access to our missing shutoff. Ryan was very helpful in getting it sorted out and getting the job of replacing our interior shutoff valve replaced. Will absolutely work with them again and highly recommend.
We bought our home five months ago, and due to undisclosed information from the previous owners, our basement pipes needed urgent repair. We called Zach from Local Plumbing and Drain and he was quick to come assess the pipes (always get an inspection of plumbing and get a home warranty). We originally contacted this company earlier this year about water treatment options and the owner Zach came by without hesitation and spent hours reviewing processes, installation and providing education - all which was very needed for what we were looking for. It was a pleasure doing business with Zach - Local Plumbing and Drain Company.. Scheduling the appointment was easy and talking to a real person from the business was a plus. Zach was on time, informative, polite, and a pleasure to work with. We initially had a kitchen faucet and a toilet replaced followed by a garbage disposal. Highly recommend!
