We had moved into our home just two days earlier, and due to issues that were missed during the inspection, we discovered there was no hot water and that the water heater needed to be replaced. Ryan came out the same day and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Just 48 hours later he installed a new tankless hot water heater, water softener, and replaced/rerouted the old piping all in the same day. His work looks great. Highly recommended.

We bought our home five months ago, and due to undisclosed information from the previous owners, our basement pipes needed urgent repair. We called Zach from Local Plumbing and Drain and he was quick to come assess the pipes (always get an inspection of plumbing and get a home warranty).
