We were planning on purchasing a home and had been to various banks. All seemed to be bothered with our inquiry. Shortly afterwards we received a flyer and we decided to give them a try. We applied online on a Friday and first thing Monday we had generous pre-approval. The hardest part was finding the right house. Once we did it was all smooth sailing. As a first-time home buyer, I am so appreciative of Frank's "can do" attitude. He allowed me to search for homes without boundaries, stay within an affordable range, and forge ahead with assurance. In finding a Fannie Mae foreclosure, all was approved, in place and ready to close.
