Best dental office, exceptional friendly service. The staff is extremely welcoming and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office.
Excellent, caring staff. They Took the time to listen to my horrible dental experience and offered free second opinion and took care of the situation on the spot free of charge. I am switching dental places. Also the massaging chair and heat neck pack was a delightful added bonus!!! A+++

Always on time, friendly, courteous
I was nervous, but EVERYONE in the office made me feel at ease. The staff is amazing. The Dr. Told me step by step what he was doing. During my procedure he always asked if I was doing okay, and the assistant too. She is such a sweet person, always checking on me.
Again, this visit was representative of expert care and professionalism. Got a call to let me know we could start a little earlier which was very much appreciated. After a quick update of records, I was greeted by the Drs assistant and was immediately taken care of. There was little to zero pain during my root canal and the RE-do was successful thanks to Dr. Hatch and his team. They called the next morning to check on me. Except for minor soreness, there is no pain! Thanks so much for taking care of me!
A very positive experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The environment is warm and inviting. Lydia is great! She was gentle and caring . I felt pampered and at ease. I look foward to my next cleaning in 6 months!
Very kind and caring staff. Have had a lot of dental work in the past by other dentists but Dr Sainsbury has benn the most kindest and compassionate dentist I have ever seen. They have just earned a lifelong patient!
Had an awesome experience going in to get my cleaning done by jasmine and got the treatment I needed by Dr Warner, very impressed by how quick and efficient my visit was. Definitely recommend everyone to check out Lifetime Dental!
