I've gotten probably 50 mortgages in my life and most of the time it's a horrible experience. But not this time. Shay was fabulous! He cut to the chase and told me what I needed to do and what was unnecessary. Even though I didn't provide tax returns, only bank statements and there was no physical appraisal, Shay got it done in less than 2 weeks. That's really fast for these "obstacles". I will be investing in "flip" or rental properties and will only deal with Shay. So stay healthy my man!
