Shay Novak and his team at Lendevity are incredible. They were able to deliver on a refinance for a dual zoned commercial/residential property that other national lenders and local banks wouldn't touch due to the zoning and it not fitting neatly into the standard Fannie/Freddie bucket, and they did so in a timely manner without blinking an eye.
