I had a really great experience working with the Lendevity team for my very first mortgage. Sean, Cindy and Darlene were all very responsive. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me. Once we found our home they moved quickly and the process was very easy to go through. My seller picked their own escrow team, and Lendevity had no issues making quick work of the loan process and getting Escrow everything they needed. We had a great experience with Lendevity. We got quotes from over a dozen different lenders and Lendevity offered the best rate and no fees for our refinance. They were professional and responsive from start to finish. There is a shortage of appraisers currently and, as a result, they needed to pay an expedited fee to keep the process on track to close - they covered this fee fully themselves.
