I would like to express the great customer service as soon as you come in with the beautiful smile greeting you from the beautiful ladies, and all my questions were answered by Michaela. She really helped me to understand what I needed to do as far as my requirements in my treatment for my double chin. I had done a package of semaglutide weight loss shots, and they are well priced compared to other spas. I had seen Micah, and she is the sweetest! She was always checking on my progress when I saw her and made sure I received the proper dosage every time, based on whether I had experienced any side effects. The atmosphere there is so nice and relaxing too. 10/10 recommend!
I’ve been coming to Lemelana for a few months now and can’t say enough great things! I first met with Micaela for a consultation, who really listened to my skin concerns and recommended alternating microchanneling and hydrafacials every other month. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and they made me feel very welcome. After receiving my injections, they checked in to make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated. I’m excited to see the final results! Side note: I do wish I had known the actual cost of services before the consultation. I was originally told it would all be $97, but it ended up being more than that. I should have asked more questions, but I think it’s helpful for future clients to be aware of pricing clarity in advance.
Micaela and Dan were wonderful I enjoyed the treatment the decoration of the Medspa was so fancy and beautiful overall amazing atmosphere amazing people amazing interior design made you feel comfortable and really take time to listen to you and scope out a great plan for your face shape . Will be back again and again . Very pleased .
