I’ve lived at L’Ecole for years and continue to be impressed by how well the building is run. The front desk and building management are professional, proactive, and kind—issues get handled quickly and communication is clear. Common areas are spotless, packages are managed smoothly, and the building feels safe and well cared for. L’Ecole is a great residence in midtown East. The entrance is a breathtaking atrium and lobby. A full surface building that rivals most in the area. A full gym with dedicated weight room, cardio area and full size yoga studio. An ample sized playroom for the kids is also included with toys galore. Pretty good place to live in. It's an upscale apartment condo even considered semi-luxury. Filled with the necessities and more. You have a 24hr Gym, Lounge, Rooftop and basement (the washing machine) access and the staff members are incredibly friendly, even act as real humans. The security is top notch, but maybe a bit too much sometimes. Maybe it's just me. There's a well-maintained trash chute on each floor, and ever area is well-ventilated. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the building is very well maintained. Hallways and elevator and public spaces are always clean. I love having an apartment here!
This review is firmly from the perspective of a renter. Do note that most reviews are from owners who do not want their apartment value 'devalued' First let me start with the positives: The staff are wonderful and helpful with all requests and the building manager is pretty knowledgeable and efficient.
