They definitely get all the stars and more‼️ Brett was awesome. I inquired on Monday and drive off with my vehicle on Wednesday. He definitely went above and beyond. Mike Holiday and Mike Parker were also exceptional. One made sure the numbers were looking good and the other made sure all paperwork was fully explained before I signed anything. I had dropped off my vehicle because the computer was acting up and I was concerned. I dropped it off in the morning and had not heard from anyone by 4 PM ,when I called they let me know they would take a look at it the next day and someone would call me. No one ever called so I called again the next day, and the lady that spoke with me, explained that it would likely be there for a couple of more days because diagnostics take time. I have been very pleased with the LR dealer service in Reno. They aren't cheap. It is a Range Rover after all.. This is my third RR and the secret to keeping these cars is meticulous and fastdious maintenance and that is best accomlished with the dealer. When a RR is right, there is nothing like it. Ignore maintenance and they will be possessed by demons. If you love RR, stick with dealer service. I have a perfect, flawless RR.

Chris is probably one of the most incompetent people I have ever had to work with. Sounds harsh but it’s true. The young lady working in service is fantastic and I wish I could rate her a 5 star alone. But unfortunately it is clear Chris is unaware of his duties and cannot seem to handle even simple tasks like calling me back. Mike and Mike took care of me while purchasing a car. Made the process painless and didn’t waste my time. Wouldnt hesitate contacting them again. JR did a good job making sure I was in and out the day of.
