I had dropped off my vehicle because the computer was acting up and I was concerned. I dropped it off in the morning and had not heard from anyone by 4 PM ,when I called they let me know they would take a look at it the next day and someone would call me. No one ever called so I called again the next day, and the lady that spoke with me, explained that it would likely be there for a couple of more days because diagnostics take time.
