I had a great experience at Land Rover Reno. Tino is the man! Professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Everything was convenient, and the customer service was excellent. I couldn’t be happier with how smooth it all went.
We worked with Nico and he was patient, informative, knowledgeable, and honest. He made the process easy and we love our new car, a first Range Rover!! We would highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a Land Rover vehicle, and ask for Nico. He's the best!
I had dropped off my vehicle because the computer was acting up and I was concerned. I dropped it off in the morning and had not heard from anyone by 4 PM ,when I called they let me know they would take a look at it the next day and someone would call me. No one ever called so I called again the next day, and the lady that spoke with me, explained that it would likely be there for a couple of more days because diagnostics take time. They definitely get all the stars and more‼️ Brett was awesome. I inquired on Monday and drive off with my vehicle on Wednesday. He definitely went above and beyond. Mike Holiday and Mike Parker were also exceptional. One made sure the numbers were looking good and the other made sure all paperwork was fully explained before I signed anything. Absolutely unbelievable! 15 months ago I paid over 4 grand to have my beautiful 2006 RR Sports sunroof replaced. 3 months later after 4,5 attempts for glass to be delivered unbroken, I got it back. Within days it got stuck on track because the pieces on the side were not replaced correctly. So, I take it in & they pull off the piece on drivers side inside frame, return it to me without replacing or offering to replace part that was torn off. Okay, fine.
