I purchased a 2018 F Type R convertible from Reno JLR (still Jaguar at the time). It was far and away the smoothest transaction I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I made an offer over the phone, the gentleman said "Great, come pick up your car", I wired the funds and went to pick up the car. I’m so happy with the service I get from Land Rover, I have a 2016 Jaguar XJ, and James really helped me through the whole experience while getting my vehicle serviced. Drove 6 hours to buy a LR from Tino, who assured me multiple times that it was good. After a thorough inspection, it was far from good, much less acceptable. After pointing out a number of issues and getting told “all Land Rovers have that issue” I drove home another 6 hours empty handed but not $50,500 poorer. Good luck with this dealer. Do your homework.
