Ladig Realty has been managing our rental property for 8 years and they are awesome. I rented from Ladig Properties for over 8 years. They are friendly, communicative, professional, and very responsive and timely in addressing a concern if something should happen at the property (water heater failed and was fixed the next day). Highly recommend anyone looking to lease in Hamilton County to make this your first choice.
