We have rented from Ladig Realty LLC for almost 2&1/2 years. During that time, we have experienced very a friendly landlord/tenant relationship. Our house is a very well-constructed structure, and we have been very comfortable here. The few maintenance items which have surfaced were promptly addressed. We also receive twice-a-year preventative maintenance inspections on our HVAC systems. Everyone in the Ladig Realty organization has been very available and easy to work with.
