Renting from Ladig Realty has easily been one of the best decisions I made in 2022. In a market that seems to be dominated by national rental companies that don't provide adequate care to their properties, Ladig flips the script. I rented from Ladig Properties for over 8 years. They are friendly, communicative, professional, and very responsive and timely in addressing a concern if something should happen at the property (water heater failed and was fixed the next day). Highly recommend anyone looking to lease in Hamilton County to make this your first choice.
