The team at L-M Body shop is the best! They successfully undertook a project that was turned down by multiple other shops where I inquired as too difficult, and they knocked it out of the park! I would give more stars if I could. This was a difficult and lengthy repair project that they managed well and at all times maintained a positive approach with confidence that they could complete it. I damaged the fender, bumper and hood backing into a parking lot post with my 2014 Subaru Outback. I got four quotes, but Lorri at L-M Body Shop took the time to explain what she thought of the damage cost and how that could increase depending on what they found once they got into the repair. They did the repair on time, with the original quote (no additional repair was needed) and they even called me to see if I wanted my previously damaged grill replaced. They went over and beyond! They did such a great job repairing my vehicle and finished quick. They also deep cleaned the inside and washed the outside for me!! So thankful for that! Devon and Lorri made everything so easy to take care of! Thank you L-M body shop!!!
Start to finish my experience with L-M was great. They were so communicative with everything, incredibly helpful navigating the process with insurance, and did fantastic work with my car. I got several estimates before choosing them and I think their pricing is very fair. They also did what they could to bring the cost down. So happy with my service here!
Beyond satisfied with L-M. The initial quote they provided assumed a more involved repair than what ended up being the case. Rather than charge me the mutually agrees upon amount, they opted to make the repair free of charge. It’s nice knowing of a body shop that cares more about reputation and long term customer value than short term financial gains. Can’t recommend them enough!
