This is the 2nd time that I've used Kinsman. The first time, they installed my whole home water system. Today, they replaced for toilets that I purchased. They did an excellent job and I would continue to use their services. I was going to cancel my services with them because I received a quote at half of what they were charging me. But thankfully, the owner told me what to ask for from the other company. And they were not able to furnish proof. Very polite and on time. The caulking in our master bathroom had started to peel. The guys came in and matched the original color of the caulk pretty well , a little mold had built up and they knocked it out. Both gentlemen were polite and had the approval of my GSD/Pit mix dog who enjoyed lots of back rubs from the technicians. Job done well. I highly recommend and I really like the two Lion logos.

We have been a customer of Melfi Plumbing now Kinsmen Service Pros for over 15+ years and they have always been dependable and professional when providing a service. When making an appointment the customer service is always very pleasant and they make the process very easy. They are the best! Kinsmen plumbing gets my highest recommendation! I spoke to one of the owners, Bryce, on the phone about a time sensitive hot water leak issue on the weekend. Without even knowing they were getting the job he took his time, explained the resolution and was able to give me a general idea of what to expect. We just bought a home in the area a few months ago and I had to blindly call plumbers based on my Google search.
