This is the 2nd time that I've used Kinsman. The first time, they installed my whole home water system. Today, they replaced for toilets that I purchased. They did an excellent job and I would continue to use their services. I was going to cancel my services with them because I received a quote at half of what they were charging me. But thankfully, the owner told me what to ask for from the other company. And they were not able to furnish proof. Kinsmen plumbing gets my highest recommendation! I spoke to one of the owners, Bryce, on the phone about a time sensitive hot water leak issue on the weekend. Without even knowing they were getting the job he took his time, explained the resolution and was able to give me a general idea of what to expect. We just bought a home in the area a few months ago and I had to blindly call plumbers based on my Google search. I have used Kinsmen several times and they are awesome. Very good prices and excellent service. They give u a heads up before they come and a summary of the service when they r done. They talk in laymen’s terms so u can understand their process of the job! Won’t use anyone else. They also donate to food banks!! Check them out if you’re in need of help.

I cannot say enough good things about Kinsmen and the people who work there! My water heater went out unexpectedly on Thanksgiving. Bryce was so helpful throughout the entire process and very patient with me considering I'd never dealt with this before.
