Bryce and his team have been responsive, professional and timely in the work they have done for us. They took extra care to grade the soil where the repair was made. Working with them has been easy and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a commercial or residential plumber.
This company deserves more than 5 stars! The toilet in our retail store began leaking just prior to closing, so turned water off and hoped for the best. Arrived in the business around 7:30 am, and hoped I could find a plumber to come soon. James arrived within 30 minutes, and the toilet was repaired before we opened for business! Nick, a very polite and accommodating young man, responded quickly when we had a plumbing issue. He worked quickly and efficiently and left the area very clean. We could not have asked for better service from the company and will certainly call them again and ask for Nick because he was good and also a really nice guy.
Kinsmen have been thoroughly professional during the entire project. All aspects were discussed and agreed upon prior to work starting. Any questions, no matter how minor or trivial, were met by prompt courteous replies. The estimate was provided in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. The scheduling has been great and Kinsmen jumped immediately on the job as soon as it was approved. I couldn't be happier.
I am grateful to Kinsmen Service for their help when my house flooded 7 days before Christmas. When you have that kind of disaster in your home, it is a true blessing to feel confident in the people who respond to help. They worked up until 1:00pm the afternoon of Christmas Eve just so that I could have running water in my kitchen, laundry and one bathroom for the holidays, allowing me and my family to be home for Christmas.
