This is the 2nd time that I've used Kinsman. The first time, they installed my whole home water system. Today, they replaced for toilets that I purchased. They did an excellent job and I would continue to use their services. I was going to cancel my services with them because I received a quote at half of what they were charging me. But thankfully, the owner told me what to ask for from the other company. And they were not able to furnish proof. Kinsmen plumbing gets my highest recommendation! I spoke to one of the owners, Bryce, on the phone about a time sensitive hot water leak issue on the weekend. Without even knowing they were getting the job he took his time, explained the resolution and was able to give me a general idea of what to expect. We just bought a home in the area a few months ago and I had to blindly call plumbers based on my Google search. Bryce, Nick, and the whole company were awesome, especially with a detailed quote and educating us on the services & products we wanted. Super friendly and professional. Tho' our needs changed and we ultimately did not have Kinsmen provide any services this time, I had a great all-around experience and will definitely consider them again for future projects and recommend them without hesitation to neighbors and friends.

We contacted Kinsmen Service Pros for a service call for our home filtration system. We spoke with the owner who assisted us with setting up our appointment. He was very friendly, polite and accommodating. Nick, the technician assigned to our job, arrived at the scheduled time. He was very nice, as he addressed and fixed the issue with our filtration system. He worked diligently, completing the work within 30 minutes. I’ve used a lot of plumbers and plumbing companies but none compare to the tech that came to my house Derek Hanley! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He knew exactly how to fix the issue but he didn’t stop there he explained to me what causes it and how to prevent it in the future and even showed me some examples of his past experiences. He was more than a normal plumber I would like to think of him as a “water doctor”. I’m sure there are other good technicians at this company but I hope Derek is the one to come out ... read more
