This is the 2nd time that I've used Kinsman. The first time, they installed my whole home water system. Today, they replaced for toilets that I purchased. They did an excellent job and I would continue to use their services. I was going to cancel my services with them because I received a quote at half of what they were charging me. But thankfully, the owner told me what to ask for from the other company. And they were not able to furnish proof. I had to have a full sewer line replacement at Christmas time, everyone's favorite present., right?! But Bryce at Kinsmen was a real gift! He was professional, on top of every move- setting up the eval and the actual work day, calls were answered immediately, he was extremely helpful and polite! Top Notch Service!!! From my first call with Bryce to having James tackle a cracked pipe in an exterior wall, I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Kinsmen. Easy scheduling with Bryce, with great communication throughout, and a Service Call with James, a seasoned and skillful plumber (who also happens to be the nicest guy :) He understood the problem and knew how to fix it.
