Amazing service at the Tecumseh location. The associate, Adrienna, who assisted me, was knowledgeable in the products and what would best fit my needs. She was thorough and pleasant and was able to bill my insurance directly.
I have been to your place twice. First , you helped me out with the information about getting a tent machine. What my choices were, cost, insurance procedures. I also inquired about choices if knee braces. Ibwaz told to cone back when I know exactly what is wrong with my knee. Second time, I came to purchase the tent machine. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, friendly and knows their information.
The service girl was extremely sweet and friendly. She sized me and explained all the features of the boots I tried on. I was expecting to just get a quote and go but instead she explained a lot to me about different options and various possibilities. We talked about my injury and what the doctor had said to me. I was expecting it to be a chore but we had a very pleasant experience and enjoyed ourselves while we were there.
