Averie was amazing. She assisted me from the moment I walked in the door with a smile, even with all my questions. I was fitted for a back brace to alleviate some agonizing back pain I'm going through. She was able to find one, make sure I had all the paperwork to get my estimate entered correctly, and put the brace aside so when I'm ready to purchase it, it's available. This isn't the first time I've had interactions with kinetic konnection and it won't be the last. Fom start to finish they are amazing.
Malak knows her stuff! Her attention to detail, her insistence that the fit be proper prior to making her final recommendation, had me leaving the store in more comfort than I have had in weeks. Beyond grateful!
I came in for an arm brace and had a great experience. Mara was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. She quickly helped me find the right brace, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was very satisfied with the service and the outcome. Highly recommend!
Mara was absolutely fantastic. I almost gave up on this place due to a miscommunication which was probably my fault, lol. Mara was able to locate the issue, fix it, and she made sure my brace fit properly and any other devices I need in the future. She was absolutely wonderful. Many co workers get their braces, compression socks from here.
I forgot the name of the person that assisted me today,... (I think it was Mara) she was very nice,very accommodating answered all my questions and concerns. Had me tried all different kinds of braces to make sure what is the most comfortable for me, but making sure that it is also the right brace for me. Thank you
