The staff is so helpful and friendly. Both of my children, and myself, have had fantastic experiences here. Everyone goes above and beyond! We went this afternoon for my son’s wrist braces, and walked out very pleased.
Felt very relaxed and at ease. Ciaran helped me pick out which Elbow braces best suited my needs and helped with proper fitting. He also helped advice me on future knee braces to replace and improve on my 7 year old ones. Definitely recommend. I have been buying braces from then for over 20 years.
The service girl was extremely sweet and friendly. She sized me and explained all the features of the boots I tried on. I was expecting to just get a quote and go but instead she explained a lot to me about different options and various possibilities. We talked about my injury and what the doctor had said to me. I was expecting it to be a chore but we had a very pleasant experience and enjoyed ourselves while we were there.
Great experience! Came in to get compression socks, the gentlemen that helped me was very nice and educated. Measured me up, asked me lots of questions to determine which socks to order for work. It was great!
