The staff is so helpful and friendly. Both of my children, and myself, have had fantastic experiences here. Everyone goes above and beyond! We went this afternoon for my son’s wrist braces, and walked out very pleased.
Somebody greeted right away, I needed a knee brace and had long pants on, she offered shorts to use while I was trying on braces. Gave me 3 different types of braces to try. Found one that suited my needs.
Amazing service at the Tecumseh location. The associate, Adrienna, who assisted me, was knowledgeable in the products and what would best fit my needs. She was thorough and pleasant and was able to bill my insurance directly.
