I went to a closer Kinetic Konnection in Windsor on Howard Avenue. Excellent place and a very professional man helped me find 2 products for my wrist brace. The one in stock was for my left hand but they were out of stock for my right hand that was needed. The clerk then offered to call the store in LaSalle. 15 minutes later I entered that store and I was greeted by the clerk. He was ready for me with the support already on the counter beside him. Clean and polite. Worked with my son to figure out the perfect brace for his injury to sport support. Something he can wear regularly with proper restriction but still allows for his quick sharp movements and physicality !! I did not catch the name of the man that helped us but he was lovely and helpful.
