I rented a retail space from kidder mathews and after the build out I submitted all of the documents for the tenant improvement reimbursement. Six weeks and about $800 in accrued interest later I am still waiting. If you rent from them get specific language from them about how quickly the need to reimburse.

i contacted them about day care located in downtown tacoma, they acted very rude and condescending towards me. i called and left a voicemail too a women named beverly and explained i no longer wanted to view the property because they were not a good landowner to the previous leasers. And she called back with a very rude. Im so thankful that the previous leasers left a note on the door of the building warning potential leasers of the lady that actually on the building. Tried contacting them about an office space but could not get ahold of anyone. I called the office and was told that none of the three agents that were on the listing were in right now. She transferred me to one of their cells and I didn't get an answer. I called all three of them directly and left a voicemail but no answer. Avoid them if you can! You will only be frustrated with the way they do business!!

Every time I have called, I have gotten quick and friendly responses. Any issues have been resolved in a timely manner.

Called them numerous times, never received a call back. Not a good sign.
