These people were very dishonest with me, telling me that the problem with my tailgate not shutting on a brand-new truck was the hinges. Their solution was to place a spacer to prevent the tailgate from sliding left to right. Here’s the issue: it’s not supposed to have any play at all. The tailgate only shuts when it’s positioned to the left, but when I slide it to the right, it won’t close. I had an excellent experience with Kayex Collision Repair Center! The repair work was completed right on time, and the paint job looks absolutely brand new—like the car just rolled off the showroom floor. They went above and beyond by washing and even vacuuming the inside of the car after the repairs were done. The attention to detail and customer care really impressed me. Amazing service! Honest people and honest prices. The guys over here at Kayex are genuinely there to HELP! I received quotes for a repair on my front bumper from a few different companies. All of them quoted me at about $3,500. It didn’t feel right. I felt like I was being overcharged for something that wasn’t that costly after researching the parts needed. I had someone hit my bumper and side, I called a ton of body shops that said it would take 6-8 weeks. Kayex got my car back in a little over a week. They are extremely informative, I knew the status of my vehicle the whole time and how the insurance billing process was going. The car looks fantastic! I would go back in a heart beat, very friendly people and would highly recommend them. Don’t mind the missing tow hooks, they are taking a while to be shipped but they are calling me when they arrive!
