I had an excellent experience with Kayex Collision Repair Center! The repair work was completed right on time, and the paint job looks absolutely brand new—like the car just rolled off the showroom floor. They went above and beyond by washing and even vacuuming the inside of the car after the repairs were done. The attention to detail and customer care really impressed me. Highly recommend Kayex for anyone needing collision repair

These people were very dishonest with me, telling me that the problem with my tailgate not shutting on a brand-new truck was the hinges. Their solution was to place a spacer to prevent the tailgate from sliding left to right. Here’s the issue: it’s not supposed to have any play at all. The tailgate only shuts when it’s positioned to the left, but when I slide it to the right, it won’t close. Their answer? “We’ll put a spacer there so it won’t have any more play.” That might make it work for now, but it does not fix the root... read more

I contacted Kayex solely based on their reviews when searching for a shop for body work on the front end of my 2016 Silverado. They are extremely professional and attentive to their customers. The entire process was professional and efficient. They did a great job and my truck looks great. Everyone is and was super pleasant. Amazing service! Honest people and honest prices. The guys over here at Kayex are genuinely there to HELP! I received quotes for a repair on my front bumper from a few different companies. All of them quoted me at about $3,500. It didn’t feel right. I felt like I was being overcharged for something that wasn’t that costly after researching the parts needed. I took my Acura after a fender bender and the staff at Kayex were kind and professional. They communicated with me through the app so I was always aware of my car’s repair status. My car looks as good as new and the work was done quickly. I would highly recommend Kayex!
