I had an amazing experience with Kayex Collision! They truly went above and beyond while repairing my vehicle. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repairs, but they also completed everything sooner than expected, which was such a huge help for my family and schedule. The communication was great, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. The owner, Auguy, was absolutely amazing throughou... read more

I really appreciate the services Kayex collision gave me. They really care about their craft. My car was sadly really damaged but they were able to fix it. I had a lot of repairs needed including airbag placement. Several parts were needed but they were able to get them all. The owner and his team were really effective communicators. I can tell they genuinely cared about the safety of my car before getting it back on the road. Glad I found these guys. After enduring a hardship like a car wreck & all the complications that co... read more

I walked into this shop for needed work on my truck. They took care of all communication with my insurance. They made sure I got new OEM parts even when my insurance speced used. They kept me updated and got my truck back to new condition. The work was great and matched my truck perfectly!

I had someone hit my bumper and side, I called a ton of body shops that said it would take 6-8 weeks. Kayex got my car back in a little over a week. They are extremely informative, I knew the status of my vehicle the whole time and how the insurance billing process was going. The car looks fantastic! I would go back in a heart beat, very friendly people and would highly recommend them. Don’t mind the missing tow hooks, they are taking a while to be shipped but they are calling me when they arrive!

Their solution was to place a spacer to prevent the tailgate from sliding left to right. Here’s the issue: it’s not supposed to have any play at all. The tailgate only shuts when it’s positioned to the left, but when I slide it to the right, it won’t close. Their answer? “We’ll put a spacer there so it won’t have any more play.” That might make it work for now, but it does not fix the root... read more
