Super local and great service! Not only did Scott and Justin help me get my truck but also educate the requirements of buying a vehicle. They made me feel comfortable coming out to check things out and get what I need to achieve another goal in life. Would definitely come back again to see them!
Sammy was great to work with. We needed a family suv and he helped us choose the right one for our growing family. We enjoyed the process as he made us feel at home and not pressured into buying anything. We are very happy with our purchase and left that day with our vehicle.
I did not have a good experience trying to schedule using the online assistant. However once I reached a staff member they were VERY helpful. My appointment was scheduled per my convenience. When I dropped my car off I mentioned I'd never been able to get the recall work accomplished. They looked into that and were able to do that during the same appointment. My car was finished right on schedule. The staff assisting me were very helpful and courteous. That was a VERY positive experience.
Scott was an amazing salesman and host! I would recommend anyone and everyone if I could to KarMART. When I first contacted Scott I told him that I wanted to trade in my Kia for a newer vehicle. Mahaloz to Braddah Scott for being up front and professional in the most genuine and respectful way possible, the best service all around.
