An actual good experience at a dealership. I am moving to Maui temporarily and I had to buy a car. I was gonna go to one of the big names but somebody recommended this place. I am very glad I came. Working with Scott was nothing short of a perfect first time car buyer experience. Amazing and friendly customer service is a given when working with him, but what I truly appreciated was his transparency. I thought I had a wonderful experience. I even left a 5 star review on here the day I bought my car. Bought my first car at 19 years old. Brand new 2025 Jetta straight off the lot. 5 months later… my transmission fails. My transmission has to be completely replaced. Who knows how long it will take them to do it, it took them a month just to tell me that the transmission was failing and needed to be replaced. Long story short.
