Scheduled an online appointment with the service department for an oil change and to have a warning light assessed. They are very nice to work with and efficient. The parts I needed for the warning light were on back order and since I’m traveling I would not be in the area to get it fixed there. I have been a Juneks customer for several years now both buying and getting vehicles serviced. I have never had a bad experience there.Always very friendly employees in every department. Richard always explains the service before and after and gives you estimates before any work is done and calls and checks with you and explains why if something else needs to be done when they have it in the shop. I would recommend Juneks to anyone.

My husband and I recently bought a car from Juneks, and while their service team was looking at some things we requested in the shop, they realized it needed more work done than we originally thought. Lex, the sales manager, was so transparent and honest with us, and had his service team perform the necessary maintenance free of charge before we even received our vehicle.
