The best car buying experience i have ever had. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful, and answered all of our questions. No pressure to buy a certain vehicle. We thought we wanted a bigger truck, but after test driving 2 trucks only needed the ram 1500. We were given a fair deal on are tradein and all the special offers.Thank you for a good small town service with big city prices.
Salesman Kevin McGill at Juneks is great! He has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the vehicles he sells. He is also very knowledgeable with extended warranties and prices them extremely competitively! I like the fact that is he laid back and isn't pressuring you to make a decision. If they don't have the vehicle you want on the lot, he will go above and beyond to find it. I can't recommend enough! Give Kevin a call!!
Not the type to leave a negative review. Carson and sales were great. For sure would have gotten 5 stars. Where we had a problem was with the service department. They were unprofessional. They cannot get anything done in a timely manner or know how to communicate with customers. I felt very disrespected as a woman trying to deal with the service department. The second my husband calls they magically fix the issue and can now make time for my car. Common trend I noticed when reading other reviews.
Juneks’ service department is the best! Richard at the front desk made sure I was taken care of and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle throughout the day. My service technician, Chris, took the time to show me what was wrong, gave me options to fix the problem and was extremely knowledgeable in his field. I have never experienced the outstanding customer service I got at Juneks and would recommend their service department to anyone!
My Durango’s onboard computer and electronic systems have not worked since I bought the vehicle in April. Dodge and Mr Junek have refused to accept accountability. The vehicle has spent weeks with the service department who have tried extremely hard to repair it but the bottom line is the entire system has to be replaced. The radio was replaced with one from a 2023 Durango to get rid of the glitches in it🫤! The electronics don’t work and constantly send alerts. How is this safe? How is this helpful to the owner?
