Scheduled an online appointment with the service department for an oil change and to have a warning light assessed. They are very nice to work with and efficient. The parts I needed for the warning light were on back order and since I’m traveling I would not be in the area to get it fixed there. I was greeted immediately when I walked in for an oil change and tire rotation per my service contract. The service manager was able to quote me how much time it would take and he was spot on! The waiting room was comfortable. The service manager walked the paperwork over to me to sign off, handed me the key, walked me to my car and even confirmed I knew that I had one more oil change/tire rotation left on my service contract. Very easy to do business here. I highly recommend Juneks.

John was AMAZING!! He helped me locate exactly what I wanted. When I need to purchase a 2nd vehicle, I am definitely buying here. To top it all off, it's a family owned business!! Which is so nice to help a neighbor instead of big Corp. Thank you all for your assistance, knowledge, and business. You have made a return guest for life.

I can not say enough good about Juneks. In 19 my OE radio kept throwing me issues the local dealer wanted me to make an appointment (issue was hit or miss) decided to call Richard he said if it’s acting up now bring it I did and he had it scanned and figured it out. When my dad’s truck acted up he went out of his way to squeeze it in when I had my truck up there to scan it. The service department there is the best I’ve ever been too.

I took my jeep in for a trouble light and other issues and the service staff was courteous, fast and extremely friendly. I was very pleased with the level of care I received from them. Troy took the time to listen and made sure the issues with my vehicle were taken care of. I would do business with them again anytime!
