I called John Snyder Plumbing & Heating due to a leak that had developed in my upstairs bathroom and was dripping through to the floor below. I forget the name of the woman who took my phone call. She was super polite, kind spoken, and able to find me help with urgency. Xavier C was assigned to come out to my house call. He was very informative and professional the whole time he was here. I always have trouble even just getting someone to come out and give an estimate. Anthony and team at Snyder Plumbing & Heating were not only very quick to come do an estimate, but very responsive to get things scheduled to be done. Everyone who came to the house was professional and helpful. Some further plumbing complications arose during the drain repair, but they did a great job working with me and putting in the extra effort to resolve it. I will definitely call them again when needed and recommend them to others.

Xavier did a fantastic job replacing our outdoor hose connection. Easy to work with and very efficient. John also recently fixed our water pressure for the entire house. They are our go to and they’ve helped us out quite a bit recently.

We were able to get a visit from Xavier the next day for a plumbing issue. Xavier was professional and explained everything to us. He worked with us to give us an estimate on things and cleaned up after himself.
