Reese was on time, so professional and kind, and he was very knowledgeable. He was thorough throughout the entire inspection and was honest about our options for repair/replacement. No one takes care of customers like Advanced Cooling. Whether 1 AM in the morning on frigid conditions or 100 plus degrees, they will be there. They specifically educate on topics such as filter replacement, maintenance plans, and overall well-being of your system. They want your investment to last and serve as long as possible. I trust Advanced Cooling, Javier, Reece, and entire staff for all of my family's needs. We have a state of the art system that provides for all of our needs due to Advanced Cooling!

Preston was our technician today, and we are so very, very pleased. He was friendly, helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. He seemed very honest and trustworthy. He treated us as if we were his mom and dad. We want to request Preston as our technician.

Reese was phenomenal. My mother’s heater wasn’t working properly, I contacted the company, heard back from them within minutes, they came right out same day, diagnosed the issue, and they couldn’t have been more kind or given better customer service. Reese even offered to grab us something to drink on his way. I recently had some difficulty with my furnace. I called Advanced Cooling and they had a service tech out at 8:00 a.m. the next day. Paul was courteous and professional, and he knew what he was doing. He took time to really look over the unit and made the necessary repairs. He explained everything on the paperwork before asking me to sign. I felt safe and comfortable with the service tech in the house and highly recommend Advanced Cooling!
