I recently had my bi-annual preventative maintenance done by Advanced Cooling and I am very happy with the results. The technician - Colton was very professional and thorough, he did the best job cleaning my systems - ever. He had some suggestions to improve my systems which I thought would be beneficial and had some work done to prolong the life of my ac units. I have had several techs from Advanced Cooling and Colton was by far the best. He did a great job.

Reese was on time, so professional and kind, and he was very knowledgeable. He was thorough throughout the entire inspection and was honest about our options for repair/replacement. I sincerely appreciate people like Reese, and the company should be so proud and fortunate to have him on their team.

Reese was phenomenal. My mother’s heater wasn’t working properly, I contacted the company, heard back from them within minutes, they came right out same day, diagnosed the issue, and they couldn’t have been more kind or given better customer service. Reese even offered to grab us something to drink on his way. Advanced cooling installed my 2 units and connected the upstairs unit thermostat to the down stairs unit and vice versa. They serviced the unit 3 times since the install over the last 5 years. When this issue was found out the owner Paul, instead of owning the mistake, blamed me for not noticing the issue. The first call I had them come for was to figure out why the house wasn't cooling in all areas and the tech claimed it was fine and there were no issues. Preston was our technician today, and we are so very, very pleased. He was friendly, helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. He seemed very honest and trustworthy. He treated us as if we were his mom and dad. We want to request Preston as our technician.
