Colton was extremely thorough with our routine service call. He did not rush through the process, took his time and was very intent on educating me around the opportunities with our system, both inside and out. Made great recommendations on ways for us to maximize the efficiency of our unit. I will definitely maintain a relationship with this company to ensure they continue to service us! I recently had my bi-annual preventative maintenance done by Advanced Cooling and I am very happy with the results. The technician - Colton was very professional and thorough, he did the best job cleaning my systems - ever. He had some suggestions to improve my systems which I thought would be beneficial and had some work done to prolong the life of my ac units. I have had several techs from Advanced Cooling and Colton was by far the best. He did a great job.

You know when dealing with house repair or car repair, it’s very easy to be taken advantage of. However that is definitely not the case here. They quoted the under the house vent repair fairly and fully informed me of all the issues a 20 year old mobile home can have. On the appointed day they arrived on time and promptly began the repair. They even wore shoe coverings when they had to come inside!! I was told the vent didn’t even have an end cap at the far end anymore. And to expect a cooler home and lower electric bills... read more
