We were very pleased with how quickly a technician was sent to our home. The technician, Derrell, identified our issue right away and was able to get our AC working that afternoon. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
DO NOT USE! Incredibly disappointed after giving them a year to rectify the issue. Bought 2 new Daiken units and all new duct work from them last May. Neither one of them have ever worked properly. They promised to fix the units and have them working since they have been paid in full. A year later they still aren’t and Jeremy is washing his hands of everything.
