I made an appointment using the online scheduled service for an oil change and tire rotation. I had selected a $69.95 coupon for synthetic oil and oil change. When I arrived, the service manager was not able to or did not pull up my appointment information that I had entered already online. However, he was very friendly and courteous. This dealer ship is horrible they gave my car back with my window, not being able to roll up. I took my car in to get a new start up and all my windows were working fine but when they gave me my car back one of my windows are not working. I told Reggie that when I find out who messed up my window, they are paying for the damage, whoever I found out did it.
