Reggie and staff were just a pleasure to be serviced by. Although a transmission issue on such a very new vehicle is concerning. I would like to also thank the warranty department for honoring a warranty that I could've missed by 400+ miles. Your location went over and beyond to ensure I had low cost to me and I left happy.

It took longer than I had hoped or expected to resolve the issue; nevertheless, at this point I'm satisfied that the issue is seemingly resolved. Also, Reggie at the service desk was awesome. He was very professional, polite, respectful, accommodating, and communicated exceptionally well.

I've never come away displeased or disappointed after Jefferson Chevrolet has done work on my car. My Malibu runs like a Malibu again. There was virtually no wait to speak with the service rep. I was informed of how long it would take to service my vehicle and he was spot on. Also while paying for my service, I was informed that I could pay using points that I had accumulated! That was great!
