This was my Spouse and I 1st time coming to this location to get an oil change we usually go to the Southfield Location. The staff were nice, However they were really busy with other tasks they had to do so they kinda slacked a little on customer service. The service was great. After arriving late in the afternoon for service that service staff greeted my friendly and professionally. The communicated with me on what to expect and the time frame I will return for any additional service.

Reggie is the best in the game and so is Jefferson Chevrolet my go to for service and will be my go to when I’m ready to lease another vehicle and when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle. Best customer service very professional and make you the priority when you show up and have a issue I have Chevy around me and I’d rather take the 25 min drive to come out and see you guys because you guys are number 1. You guys make the customer feel at home and that’s the best feeling.

The experience was excellent. No complaints, fast service, in and out. Bonus, they washed and detailed my car when they finished the job and returned that brand new feel again.
