This was my Spouse and I 1st time coming to this location to get an oil change we usually go to the Southfield Location. The staff were nice, However they were really busy with other tasks they had to do so they kinda slacked a little on customer service. But we can definitely understand when a place is short handed they're going to be focused on getting their task complete. This location is nice and the lobby is super comfortable and cozy. Reggie is the best in the game and so is Jefferson Chevrolet my go to for service and will be my go to when I’m ready to lease another vehicle and when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle. Best customer service very professional and make you the priority when you show up and have a issue I have Chevy around me and I’d rather take the 25 min drive to come out and see you guys because you guys are number 1. You guys make the customer feel at home and that’s the best feeling.

The repair shop found and fixed the reason for the slow leak and changed my oil. The team gave great service within an hour! I appreciate you, Jefferson Chevrolet Service Department. 💜

Best dealership ever. From the moment i entered into the dealership I was greeted with respect and understanding. The manager provided me a better price then anywhere else I have gone for the same vehicle. Don't go anywhere else before you see Jefferson Chevy. Highly Recommended

The parts department here is fantastic. Their knowledge and customer service is extremely helpful and the prices were competitive (I actually saved $60 shopping here instead of an auto parts store.) Thanks again, Dave & Ken.
