Reggie and staff were just a pleasure to be serviced by. Although a transmission issue on such a very new vehicle is concerning. I would like to also thank the warranty department for honoring a warranty that I could've missed by 400+ miles. Your location went over and beyond to ensure I had low cost to me and I left happy.

It took longer than I had hoped or expected to resolve the issue; nevertheless, at this point I'm satisfied that the issue is seemingly resolved. Also, Reggie at the service desk was awesome. He was very professional, polite, respectful, accommodating, and communicated exceptionally well.

Where do start! Me and my aunt visited this location today, because my aunt is looking to purchase a new car. A salesman by the name Dustin White, was the absolute WORST!! He didn’t acknowledge us when we approached, nor did he communicate with us at all. My aunt asked him several questions, and he answered in a very rude and condescending way!! I wanted to get up and walk away! Dustin get another job!!! This is not for you! Customer Service HORRIBLE!!

I've never come away displeased or disappointed after Jefferson Chevrolet has done work on my car. My Malibu runs like a Malibu again. This is why I keep coming to them when my car needs to be repaired. Shout out to the just so WONDERFUL Reggie at Jefferson Chevrolet. Job well done !
