The parts department here is fantastic. Their knowledge and customer service is extremely helpful and the prices were competitive (I actually saved $60 shopping here instead of an auto parts store.) Thanks again, Dave & Ken.

I made an appointment to have work done and when I arrived, an African American man (the owner maybe) told me he was back up on cars and that he just came back from vacation and it’s a stack of papers he has to get through before he could look at my car. Then he tells me, it’s best to get service upon a first come first serve basis. So what’s the point of making appt online I asked and he just shook his head. This sucks. Don’t make an appt just drop your car off with a note and they will contact you when it’s your turn 🫤

Mr. Shawn help me so much. Him and his team took their time in fixing the collision accident on my body vehicle on the back driver side door. Everyone was friendly. Good customer service and I highly recommend someone if they decide to go to Jefferson Chevrolet; as for Shawn. At the end they polish and wash my car like it was brand new. Thank you Shawn and the body shop team.
