We bought our ev6 here 2 days ago. The service was amazing. They were extremely none pushy, bit still informative. Gave us room to talk and let us chill in the vehicle we wanted to get to talk. Helped send us helpful links for new ev owners. Finance portion was amazing, and they price matched another dealership with 0 fuss. I was very very impressed by the level of service. JBA is a solid, low drama dealership. If you are a guy that doesn't care for a car salesman breathing down your neck, but that simply wants a clean vehicle with no issues, this is your dealership! Love the new Kia location! Exceptional customer service in the service department. They are attentive, efficient, and take the time to explain the reason behind each service they perform. The waiting area is comfortable and equipped with work/charging stations, allowing me to stay connected and not miss any work.

I have bought plenty of cars in my lifetime and the experience at the dealership was always the same....horrible. JBA Kia actually made me like the dealership experience again. Dealing with Mark Parme in sales and Matt back in finance was an absolute breeze. Ill be driving out of my way to go back to this dealership when my EV6 2yr lease is up. Thanks again guys for making it as simple as it should be.

Took my car in for several recalls about two weeks ago. Codi and the team at JBA were so awesome. They were fantastic with communication and made the whole process super easy and straight forward. Codi called me to see if I wanted a free wash and vacuum after my service was complete and I really appreciated that! I didn't even purchase my vehicle here and they provided fantastic service. Also, the new facility is super nice, clean, and organized.
