Currently 3 stars because the sales and service experiences are literally polar opposites. We have had an amazing experience on the sales side, working with Jason and Frazier; pre-ordered and purchased an EV9 in January and an EV-6 a few weeks ago. Some of the best car sales experiences we've had. However, the service center has included subpar, disinterested, and often aloof personnel from the reception, intake, and through to the manager, Jeremy. Staff was great. Beautiful facility. No pressure from sales or finance. No crazy add-ons. Got an out the door price over the phone. Went down and bought the car. Wonderful experience.
The price was lower than the estimate, which was a pleasant surprise. They also provide a convenient shuttle service, which is incredibly helpful when dropping off your car. They make the process as hassle-free as possible, which is a huge relief when you’re having your car serviced. My experience has been solely with the maintenance shop, so I can’t speak to the sales floor. However, based on the quality of service I’ve received for car maintenance, I would definitely recommend them.
Let me start off by saying I am someone who truly HATES taking my vehicle in for repairs. For the most part I do my own maintenance and minor repairs, however, when it comes time to trusting someone else to work on my vehicle for anything else, my anxiety goes through the roof! Bought a used car for my daughter during the coldest weather conditions, and Tim and the sales team were very pleasant to work with. I appreciated the extra effort to get the car in top shape - both interior and exterior before we drove it home. Would highly recommend!
