We bought our ev6 here 2 days ago. The service was amazing. They were extremely none pushy, bit still informative. Gave us room to talk and let us chill in the vehicle we wanted to get to talk. Helped send us helpful links for new ev owners. Finance portion was amazing, and they price matched another dealership with 0 fuss. I was very very impressed by the level of service. Took my car in for several recalls about two weeks ago. Codi and the team at JBA were so awesome. They were fantastic with communication and made the whole process super easy and straight forward. Codi called me to see if I wanted a free wash and vacuum after my service was complete and I really appreciated that! I didn't even purchase my vehicle here and they provided fantastic service. Also, the new facility is super nice, clean, and organized.
This has to be the BEST Kia dealership in the entire area. I purchased my vehicle a few years ago from a different Kia dealership, and have been having a lot of trouble getting that dealership to repair an issue that was supposed to be covered under warranty. Highly recommend!! Had a great experience at this dealership. Walter was fantastic, professional, and wonderful to work with. I did not feel pressure to buy and he and the other staff kindly and helpfully answered all my questions. I want to note that this dealership does not charge markups like some others in the DMV area and their processing/doc fee is super reasonable.
