This kia dealership is the best. I purchased my Soul here and I needed an issue fixed and the service manager was so helpful in getting my issue solved. I had taken my car to a closer dealer to my house and they messed up my entire window system but when I explained my situation to the manager here at J.B.A he was awesome he had me come right in and he was able to have it fixed the issue right away and it has been perfect ever since. The service department at JBA Kia was great! Even though it wasn’t good news, Rob maintained good communications about what was happening with my vehicle. When parts were delayed in arriving, I was even offered a loaner car. This is the first any dealer has ever offered this to me, even when a different dealer had my 2015 Kia Soul for over a month to get a new engine. High praise for the service team at JBA Kia.

Great experience from top to bottom! The staff were extremely patient as It had been 8 years since the last time I needed to purchase a vehicle :) The entire process was surprisingly fast. Last time I bought a vehicle (at a different dealership) it felt like I was there for a whole day. Lastly I was impressed with their finance guy as he went over all the different banks and finance options so I could make the best decision for me. I highly recommend JBA!
I took my 2016 Kia sorento to this place to get my oil pressure switch replaced which they have an extended warranty on it cause Kia is having problems with them . I get a diagnosis done and they said that the oil pressure switch was not leaking oil but the oil filter housing assembly was leaking oil .
