Went in last week and checked out a couple cars with their salesman Jamal. He was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all. We left, thought it over and came back and bought 2 2026 Hybrid Sportages. We got a great deal on our two trade in vehicles by their manager Dennis. The experience was great. Our sales person Walter was friendly and knowledgeable.The test drives were fun. I would definitely recommend J.B.A. Kia to others. The signing process was super quick. After a week of driving the Sportage PHEV, I love it.

Such an easy journey we had in finding the perfect KIA for our little crew! After talking through needs and likes, Randy helped us narrow it down to 2 vehicles. We then test drove both and fell in love with the Carnival. Such a pleasant experience. Went in with my 10yr old 2016 Sedona for service repairs, the service department got my vehicle in the same day. While waiting I took a look at what was available in the used vehicle section. My salesman, Yoseph, took the time to help me find something compatible with my disability and find a more economical vehicle for city driving. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service department and buying experience. Great team!
