Jason and Lawrence were phenomenal! They made the process easy and I didn't feel any "salesperson" pressure throughout the process. Communication was clear and simple. When I came in confident about what I wanted and then decided I actually didn't want that, we pivoted and found another option that met all my requirements and was a better deal! Highly recommend!
Such a pleasant experience. Went in with my 10yr old 2016 Sedona for service repairs, the service department got my vehicle in the same day. While waiting I took a look at what was available in the used vehicle section. My salesman, Yoseph, took the time to help me find something compatible with my disability and find a more economical vehicle for city driving. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service department and buying experience. Great team!
I’m extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by this dealership’s service department, specifically Jeremy. I brought my vehicle in with a legitimate concern and asked reasonable questions about the repair process and manufacturer procedure. Instead of clear communication or a customer-focused effort to resolve the issue, I was met with defensiveness and hostility. This kia dealership is the best. I purchased my Soul here and I needed an issue fixed and the service manager was so helpful in getting my issue solved. I had taken my car to a closer dealer to my house and they messed up my entire window system but when I explained my situation to the manager here at J.B.A he was awesome he had me come right in and he was able to have it fixed the issue right away and it has been perfect ever since.
