Great experience from top to bottom! The staff were extremely patient as It had been 8 years since the last time I needed to purchase a vehicle :) The entire process was surprisingly fast. Last time I bought a vehicle (at a different dealership) it felt like I was there for a whole day. Lastly I was impressed with their finance guy as he went over all the different banks and finance options so I could make the best decision for me. I highly recommend JBA!
I took my 2016 Kia sorento to this place to get my oil pressure switch replaced which they have an extended warranty on it cause Kia is having problems with them . I get a diagnosis done and they said that the oil pressure switch was not leaking oil but the oil filter housing assembly was leaking oil . A clear and straightforward experience getting my car checked out for a recall notice. They inspected the whole vehicle while they were at it, providing live updates to my phone while I waited, and gave recommendations on upkeep items without pressuring extra service right then and there.
