Went in last week and checked out a couple cars with their salesman Jamal. He was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all. We left, thought it over and came back and bought 2 2026 Hybrid Sportages. We got a great deal on our two trade in vehicles by their manager Dennis. Such an easy journey we had in finding the perfect KIA for our little crew! After talking through needs and likes, Randy helped us narrow it down to 2 vehicles. Overall great experience with J.B.A. Kia. This was probably one of the easiest car buying experiences we’ve had, and glad we went with this dealership. We came in looking for possibly 2 new vehicles and worked with Jamal. He was great and professional and helped us out with all of our questions and concerns.
Smoothest process buying a car I’ve ever had. Took my step daughter a few months later to buy her first car and she had a great experience as well. Just did my first service and that process couldn’t have been any easier. We were a family of all jeeps and now we are a Kia family.
