"A+ Car Buying Experience " Ray was great! We had two small children and had no choice but to bring them into the dealership. Ray handled our car buying experience with professionalism and character. "Efficient and Friendly " My service person, Byron Smith, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He keeps interest in his clients, and remembers me as soon as I got out of the car. Service was prompt and completed quickly. Byron helped with keeping expenses down by suggesting services only necessary, and explained about how to keep the car running great.

"Awesome Service " Byron was awesome. He took the time to explain everything and recognized that there were 3 recalls on my vehicle. He noticed that I was under a time crunch so he put me in loaner vehicle so that I could get back to work.
"JR Rocks" I bought my car at JBA Infiniti in 2010. All of my service has been handled at JBA and all of it by Byron "JR" Smith. After all these years, I can count on JR to remember the tire pressure I need and to remember that my alloy wheels need to be re-tightened after the road test, even if I forget to tell him. Please don't ever let him go. I may go with him.
