When I called in to make an appointment I spoke with JR, who always takes excellent care of my vehicle and me. I explained what was going on with my QX56 and he immediately arranged for me to come in the next day, which was most convenient for me. We went over my concerns and everything that needed to be done was explained. I was offered a loaner vehicle if it was needed, but instead I waited in the very nice waiting area. The work was completed and my car was returned sparkling clean. JBA is the best in my book.
