I would like to start this review by saying that I have been a devoted Infiniti owner for over 20 years. However, the absolutely terrible experience I just had with JBA Infiniti has caused me to completely loose faith in this company. If you are considering buying an Infiniti, or going to this dealer for service, I highly recommend that you re-consider. Here is the story - my vehicle is 6 yrs old, and has about 100,000 miles. My service advisor was excellent, he (JR) helped me work through a warranty issue and was able to solve the problem quickly and get me back on the road

Extremely busy on that particular Saturday. Suggestion is that when scheduling appears to be backed up please contact clients to give him an option of whether they wanted to change the appointment date. Unfortunately for me and interfered with a crisis at home. No worries I will be back!
