"Best birthday ever" Andy Hoskins found me my dream car. When we drove the new Malibu, I was in love. However, it didn't have leather and I'm used to leather. My husband treated me to an upgrade and we picked it up today. It is beautiful. He kept in touch and made sure I got her back quickly and in wonderful shape. I highly recommend JBA.

Tom and the rest of the finance team was the best as well! Literally had a deal I was happy with within 20 minutes! "Just the Basics" I’ve been there twice to service my 2018 Suburban. the first time I didn’t have an appointment and but still decided to wait. That was mistake but I can only blame myself. The second time I made an appointment. While the drop off line was pretty well packed, along with the waiting area, my guess is they were mostly walk in customers. I’ll admit I was nervous but decided to wait again. No regrets this time around. . In and out in an hour. All around GREAT service.
"New car sales " Larry Bert was a good salesman. Was going to buy a Track changed our mind at the last minute and bought a equinox instead. No problem with Larry. He got the keys to the vehicle we wanted.After moving at least 5 cars out of the way he pulled ours to the front door of the showroom. Very experienced sales man and no pressure. If you want a car JBA can make it happen
"Try JBA Before Ourisman " The sales person Rocky Aggrey is very engaging. The sales manager asked me what he could do to get my purchase and I said match my price I researched and he did. The service center personnel are very exact and prompt.
"Loved salesman David finance guy not so much" I had a good experience with the salesman David Spriggs he was very helpful and appreciative. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new car. Awesome that you David. On the other hand wasn’t impressed with the finance guy.
