I was in the market for another Silverado as my truck was hit by a DUI driver and totaled by my Insurance. I was looking online and found one at JBA that I liked. We arrived at the dealer to purchase the truck I found on line. We then found several other trucks on the lot and purchased a different truck that I liked even more.
They were very busy the day I scheduled my appt and surprised me very happily with a job done within an hour
Moses Wilson in service was very helpful assisting me with my windshield replacement. He scheduled for the glass install and made the appointment with another dealer for the calibration on the new glass. Moses kept me updated and made the process seamless. He is very professional and helpful.
This is my third vehicle I purchased from the dealership it will be the last one, service good. But buying was a horrible experience considering I have it 800+ credit score and this is my third vehicle., bought my wife, a Toyota RAV4 and it was a excellent experience can’t say so when I bought my trail boss
