The service department at JBA is OUTSTANDING. What a professionally run dept. My service agent, Helen Showalter, couldn't have been nicer. I brought my car in for scheduled main. and was in and out in an 1 hour 1/2. My cudos to a well run organization.

The major concern of my service visit was connected to my engine light. I was informed that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and was covered due to a recall warranty, which would have been very expensive to replace if I was liable for its replacement. My vehicle needed new brake pads and the brake system fluid exchange to be done at that time. Tires were rotated and a new cabin filter was installed. I brought my Chevy Bolt in for a 5,000 mile service visit, which was basically a tire rotation and multi-point vehicle inspection. Everyone is always friendly and helpful at this location. The wait wasn't too long. I enjoyed some free gourmet coffee and watched the TV.
When you walk in the door at the service center the people are wonderful. What would make a .great outcome is a vacuuming after service
Excellent service..fast, friendly and thorough! The wait was short, my oil changed, tires rotated....I was offered drink and snacks..tv was on, chairs comfortable...good experience.
