This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. John Hill is a low pressure, no BS salesman. He likes his job and it shows. Him and the sales management got me right where I needed to be for my monthly payment in a matter of minutes. They were so polite and everyone involved really made me feel welcome and confident in my purchase. This dealership outshined my experience with Bob Bell and Koons in every way.

Do not ever purchase a vehicle from JBA Chevrolet in Glen Burnie. I purchased my Impala BRAND NEW with 60 miles on it for a huge amount of money and this car was sold to me as a LEMON! The next day after it was purchased, I noticed smoke coming out the front end where the radiator is located, took the vehicle back to be serviced and was told that there was a recall on the vehicle that they did not catch before selling it to me! Just purchased a brand new 2018 Chevy Equinox 2 months ago. I mistakenly chose JBA to repair the vehicle because that is where I purchased it. My estimate was only suppose to take 5 days. It took a total of total of 14 days to get my vehicle fixed. That is 9 days over what it should have taken.
