Had an appointment was taken right away they made sure everything was in order. Not only was the staff friendly they made sure my Truck was serviced and faster then they originally told me.

I initially went into the dealership on a Saturday to find out how I could get on my car for a trade and was a surprised when the young man sent me to get my own appraisal after I explain explained to him my intent was to purchase a new car. Service was done very professionally. Service rep was very polite and efficient. I can't remember exactly who the rep was but because I have used the service department in the past I am satisfied with the service that I received.
I purchased my vehicle here and I just had my oil changed here, after a bad experience down the street at Pep Boys. JBA staff are helpful & nice. I called to ask about an oil change and I was told there were no more appts but I could walk in. I waited a little over an hour. But it was well worth it & I had the option to have the courtesy shuttle take me home. They have a play area, 2 the, and free drinks for customers waiting. I will def be back ! They are 1000% above the rest! And cheaper ! Def got my money's worth!
