I recieved a notice called about it , went in the same night started talking to a young salesman named and he was great . We did everything to see if I was able to get a new car , looked to see if I liked anything and I did . Went back to see if I was able to get it and everything went smoothly . First time I had fun buying a vehicle. The sales person was very knowledgeable about all the truck options and I got a great deal, without a lot of haggling. I will definitely go to JBA for my next vehicle.
Paul is my service advisor and was very friendly and efficient. He explained the service to be done and the estimated time was right on the money. John is was excellent at his job, he explained every document I had to sign, he let me test drive a car I didn't think I would be able to get financing for but I did :-) I would buy from jba again and again.
