Mr Bert def did his job as my salesman. I don’t have anything negative to say!. I have to credit Mr Tom Carter also. Mr Carter really discussed my options and I feel like he got me the best deal as possible! There were several vehicles I was interested in but I got one that had several rebates and was actually the better/loaded model of what I was looking at! JBA has had our business for many years. We have been especially impressed with the Service Department -- always professional and efficient -- especially Moses who has worked on our car in the recent past. Decided it was time to replace our 2013 Malibu -- John in Sales helped us negotiate a deal. My only complaint would be that we were offered $250 for the 2013 Malibu by management and opted out of that offer.
