Very nice waiting area. Be nice to have complimentary breakfast like donuts or pies for those first appointments of the day. Or even a coupon at bottom of the receipt for 25% off at Burger King or something across the street to go grab a bite after. A tv screen showing progress of your vehicle and a cam showing the progress in the shop.
