"Financing Experience and Sales Great" I would recommend JBA not so much Paul in sales but the finance office was GREAT and is what got the deal done because they backed the deal Paul lied to have. "Heather Wingerd is the greatest." Heather Wingerd welcomed me back to JBA. She reviewed the reason for my visit and explained what the technicians would be doing to diagnose and make repairs. An estimated cost for each procedure was given as well as an estimated time for its completion. The cost came in under the estimate, which is always welcomed news. I was also back on the road in record time. Heather is very professional and executes her responsibilities very proficiently.
