Unfortunately, I have to give three stars. This is the third vehicle I purchased from JBA Chevrolet. I had a great buying experience with my last two vehicles (most recent since this current purchase was 2022). The latest experience was not great. I walked in with the vehicle chosen, discount codes, pre-qualified finance, and print out of vehicle specs and price.
