JBA is the worst dealership I have ever had this miss fortune to deal with. While in negotiations to purchase a car they sold it to someone else, then blamed us for not doing something on our end and their patent response was "We don't hold vehicles" I found their used car management team to be rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Glad I didn't wire them the money without a sales contract or I would be out 42K since they sold the vehicle. It's bad enough I'm out $400 in plane tickets. and they don't care! My Sales person and finance person were professional, friendly and very helpful.
Excellent service. I waited for my car during an oil change. I was in and out with in 20 minutes with recommendations possibly for my next visit. Everyone was professional and friendly.
