"Excellent servise" Completed in time frame as told. Excellent communication and service. Service manager was very helpful when I came in to set up appointment. When I showed up for appointment one week later, he remember my name.
"Wonderful JBA Experience" First time visiting. Customer service is outstanding. Salesman Mike Friend is knowledgeable and easy to understand. He was straight forward and made you want to buy a vehicle. He did not try to talk you into a vehicle that you didn't come to buy. He did exactly what he said he would do which was to get the best possible deal. I will recommended JBA and Mike as well to others in the market. The Finance person, Chrissy, is easy to understand. Clear and concise. Nice experience.
