We have been customers of JBA for 14 years and purchased three trucks. Each employee is friendly and professional. Whenever we take our trucks to be serviced, John is always there with exceptional service and professional recommendations. Last we needed a repair, we dropped it off without an appointment, I knew they were busy and wouldn’t be able to get to me that day. They repaired it same day and I was able to pick it up that evening.
We had both of our Silverado's serviced. We are so happy with the customer service and the speed and accuracy of which they serviced our vehilcles.

I have no been involved in the purchase of a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado and the purchase of a used Chevrolet Equinox. In both cases customer service was excellent and professional.

I called on a Thursday morning to make an appointment for an oil change at the last minute. I was told that there were no openings, but I could walk in around noon to find out if anyone cancelled. Everyone was friendly and the shop was clean. Even the bathrooms. Dave T. told me that it would take about 1.5 hours. My car was ready on time, Dave explained what was done, what services were recommended at my next visit and what the cost would be. The title says it all. What more could you want from an automotive service center? They promised my vehicle back the same day, and I got it. The problem was fixed properly, and it was covered by a technical service bulletin with extended coverage, so there was no charge--not even a diagnostic charge. I'm very pleased.
