"Honest Service Writer" Took my 2019 Traverse in for an oil change and redeemed Gm Rewards for a $50 voucher for the service. Ben A. Was my service writer, but when my car was done, another service writer checked me out and didn’t know about the voucher and I forgot to check. When I got home, I realized the mistake, but before I could call, Ben called me to apologize and got me set up with a credit to my card. Sometimes stuff happens, but I really appreciate the follow up by Ben and his honesty in making things right

"Great Experience " Marty was very helpful and very kind and courteous to both my wife and myself and went above and beyond to find me the vehicle that I wanted with all the options that I wanted. Marty was very helpful as far as showing me how the different things worked in the truck I bought. J.B.A. should make sure that they keep Marty as a employee and give him a raise in pay. "Heather is a pleasure to work with." There were some issues with having the correct technician work on my car, but Heather kept me informed as to when the resource was available, and my car was serviced as soon as possible. For future service requests, I will only contact Heather.

"Oil change " Took my 2012 Camaro SS in for regular oil change and inspections and it went well got in and out quick, and I feel like they know what they’re doing it’s not some mom and pop shop.

"Sales" Best car buying experience. No one was pushy or salesy. They made sure I knew the differences between trim levels and were more than willing to do as many text drives as we needed. Sales manager helped us stay in our budget without extending the loan for too long.

"Service is excellent " Brought truck to service center for computer diagnostic, truck gas mileage fell off. Was told I had severally rotted brake lines and fuel lines. Came back for parts and lines were on back order at factory. Both service writer and parts person provided me with excellent information to get problems resolved.
